The Polar Bear's "Top Tips"

1.           #4 Hot Shoe Shuffln.  Tough race.  NZ horse making Aussie debut, must be a reason he is so short.  $4.20

2.           #4 Balavan.  Well travelled runner coming off win at Rosehill.  $4.40

3.           #3 Mr Chez.  Race doesn’t really have any standouts.  Lightly raced New Zealand 3 year old, figure its been brought over to Australia for a reason.  Mossego another possibility from SA. $8.50.

4.           #6 Windarra Place.  Is the best value in the field and will be fitter 2nd up against much weaker opposition.  Big danger Zaira who was desperately unlucky last start.  $13

5.           #10 Testa My Patience.  Got a mile back last start and flew home against good competition.  May turn out to be aptly named but certainly has the ability to win. $3.50

6.           #8 Hallowell Belle.  Beautiful looking horse was 2nd to Sepoy last start, honest and well drawn.  Celebrity Girl the obvious danger.  $3.50

7.           #9 Playing God.  Tough race but Playing God is so honest and the best value. $10

6.           #9 December Draw.  Hard to go past this ultra impressive galloper. $1.75

7.           #15 Anabaa’s Legacy.  Beaten here 5 weeks ago by two horses that have gone onto bigger and better.  Set for this at a light weight and great value for a horse that could be on the way up.  $13

Other Notes –

Best Bet - Parlay Formula 1,2,3,4,5 – Windarra Place (Place), Testa My Patience (Place), Playing God (Place), December Draw (Win), Anabaa’s Legacy (EW)

Don’t Lay Avenue and Black and Bent needs a lot longer.
