The Polar Bear's "Top Tips" - Oaks Day


Race One – #7 Fawkner – Lloyd Williams owned up and comer.  Won last start and will be looking for longer. 

Race Two – #4 Quench the Thirst – Only horse that has run the distance.  Down in grade, well drawn and Michael Rodd on board.   

Race Three – #8 Valentine Miss – Honest, well drawn, Micheal Rodd on board, looks well suited.   

Race Four – #9 Shopaholic – Honest NZ filly brought over by knowledgeable owner.  Place only.

Race Five – #6 Translation – narrow lose to Facile Tigre who won on Cup day.   Fit and ready to win.   

Race Six – Dowager Queen or Mosheen.  Have been on #2 Dowager for months and she is the most likely to stay. 

Race Seven – #1 Torah – Impressive win last start at the Valley.  Fitter and ready to step up in distance. 

Race Eight – #4 Pertubo – Connections preferring to run Thursday, has raced in quality company of late.  A few dangers including Master Harry and First Command. 

Race Nine – Belgietto – Loves Flemington loves 1600.  Wins.
